For some, having a baby seems like this beautiful picture perfect experience. But then once we have a baby it can feel like it's all crashing down on us. The challenges are bigger than we thought and sometimes we cant seem to find our way out of survival.

 

In this episode I am so happy to introduce Jessi Sletten. Her own journey ignited a fire inside of her. Jessi found the courage inside her to heal and transform and support other new moms. 

Jessi Sletten, CLC, PMH-C is a Postpartum Empowerment Coach who helps new and expectant parents tame the chaos of postpartum with ease so that they can create joy and connection in their parenthood. Jessi believes that every birthing parent deserves to feel seen, heard, and in control of their postpartum experience and is honored to walk alongside her clients through their journeys. She offers highly customizable 1:1 coaching for parents who wish to have an empowering and supported transition into their parenthood without feeling like they lose themselves to it. Jessi is passionate about providing evidenced-based lactation education and support to her clients so that they can feel confident in their infant feeding goals. Her coaching package also includes nutrition support designed specifically for healing and replenishing her clients’ bodies deeply after birth. Jessi lives in Colorado with her husband and 2 beautiful boys where they enjoy everything outdoors that the rocky mountains have to offer.
