I remember the first time I had a miscarriage I felt like my whole world shattered. We were only married for a couple of months. I didn’t know anyone else who had a miscarriage and I felt like I was sinking in sadness and bits of anger sprinkles of disbelief and so many other feelings.
One of the most challenging parts of going through pregnancy loss for many couples is balancing your own grief with your partners, and finding a way to grieve together and emerge from a miscarriage in a stronger and more connected way.

This episode is for everyone, even if you didn’t go through it, you can learn how to support someone else who has.
